VISGEN is a Research and Innovation Staff Exchange (RISE) programme incorporating 14 academic and industrial partners from Europe and Asia to develop visual genetics. This is a new discipline that has been pioneered to visualize nuclear processes in an intact brain in real-time which will underpin new high-tech product development to study and cure human diseases ranging from autism and schizophrenia to the detection of cancer at an early stage.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and Innovation programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No 734862.
